Breaking waves • Rafaela Ferracuti

Here on this side
I see the river flowing into the sea
Oceans being roughened by the wind
While the gale takes away my thoughts

By her side
I see the sun as a friend
Now finding the way out
Downstream
So much nature
Wasted
Shattered
In a piece of me
Laced

Rafaela Ferracuti is from Rio de Janeiro and under the astrological sign of Cancer, she explores comedy and drama on the stage of life. Collector of words rescued from the bottom of her throat, she is daughter of polyglots, confirming that her passion for letters and arts runs through her veins. In writing, Rafaela proposes to connect sentimental worlds by creating word games in different languages. For more of her poetry: https://dontworrybepoetry.tumblr.com/ .
